The second annual Venice Design Series, a major fundraising event benefiting Venice Community Housing took place between April 30 and May 21, 2016.
Participants in the 6 sold-out special events (see photos here) experienced some of LA’s historic and contemporary art and architecture, visited unique venues in neighborhoods in downtown DTLA, Leimert Park, Sullivan Canyon, Venice, Pacific Palisades, Malibu, while enjoying food prepared by leading chefs and fine wines. Entertainment ranged from classical music to jazz, stand-up comedy to synchronized swimming.
Guests enjoyed unique cultural events for a good cause and in the process over raised over $220,000 for VCH. Thank you to everyone who participated, Co-chairs, sponsors, hosts, guests, the amazing organizing committee, event volunteers, many in kind donors and VCH staff.
